Flu & COVID Vaccinations

Seasonal Flu & COVID Vaccinations

The influenza (flu) vaccine is a highly effective way to protect yourself and those around you from seasonal flu, a contagious respiratory illness caused by influenza viruses. By getting vaccinated, you reduce your risk of falling seriously ill and also contribute to community immunity, helping to protect vulnerable populations such as infants, the elderly, and those with compromised immune systems. Similarly, the COVID-19 vaccine serves as an important defence against serious illness from the SARS-CoV-2 virus.
